The 10 steps to create a training in TrainingApp

Step 1 :

Go to your community bric-network site.

Step 2 :

Click on “Training” at the top right then on the “edit” logo

Step 3 :

Click on the “training” at the top left, then “our training” and finally on “+ add”

Step 4 :

On the "presentation page", you can fill in the various fields. This information provides context to the user.

Step 5 :

Click on add a module: a module corresponds to a subsection. This allows you to add pages later.

Step 6 :

Click on “page” on the left of the screen then fill in the fields (names, status, meta description).

Finally on the right: click or drag the features on the dedicated area.

1: possibility of putting audio recordings / soundtracks.

2: possibility of doing a MCQ

3: possibility to ask for only one answer

4: ability to classify words/pictures

5: possibility of classifying words and/or images

6-7-11-12-13: possibility to modify the layout

8: possibility to put hyperlinks

9: possibility to use the word cloud tool

10: Possibility to ask for a detailed answer.

Step 7 :

Possibility to see the preview of your work at any time by clicking on the “preview” tab at the top

Step 8 :

Ability to "share" by clicking on the tab of the same name and choose how to export the data

Step 9 :

Click on the statistics tab at the top right next to the eye symbol to analyze the statistics

Step 10 :

Ability to directly access the statistics tab from the main training page
